About this task
This AI research company for drug discovery (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Judges handling of upset customers.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Score 40 replies to angry customers on tone and the next step offered.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
