About this task
This Food-delivery company in plant-based food (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Talent Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Supply, demand and pay in a location for a role.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Write a market report on data engineers in Berlin, Amsterdam and Dublin with supply and pay data.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
