About this task
This environmental nonprofit in global health (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Customer Support Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Moves a support team from one tool to another without missed tickets.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Austria. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Plan and run the migration of 20 months of tickets, macros and queues to a new help desk.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
