About this task
This boutique law firm advising tech companies (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes realistic customer messages with edge cases.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New York, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Write 25 tricky customer scenarios, such as double charges and account lockouts.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
