About this task

This property and casualty insurer covering fleets and logistics (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes realistic customer messages with edge cases.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Austria.

What you deliver

  • Write 40 tricky customer scenarios, such as double charges and account lockouts.
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
  • Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
