About this task
This expense management software company for small businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Rates AI replies to tickets for accuracy, policy and tone.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Poland.
What you deliver
- Rate 80 AI-drafted replies to support tickets on correctness, empathy and policy fit.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid
