About this task
This Series B lending platform for mid-market companies (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Rates AI replies to tickets for accuracy, policy and tone.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Alberta, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Rate 80 AI-drafted replies to support tickets on correctness, empathy and policy fit.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
