About this task
This boutique advisory firm for energy companies (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Customer Support Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Fixes the saved replies, tags and routing that slow the team.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The company prefers a person who can come to Belfast for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Audit macros, tags and routing rules, remove duplicates and propose a simpler set.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
