About this task
This Embedded-finance provider for e-commerce sellers (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Vendor Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews terms with a supply or services provider.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Ottawa. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Review a logistics provider agreement and highlight risk allocation and pricing mechanisms.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
