About this task
This Generative-AI company for document processing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Vendor Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews terms with a supply or services provider.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The team sits in Mississauga. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Review a logistics provider agreement and highlight risk allocation and pricing mechanisms.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
