About this task
This Seed online retailer for pet products (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager PR & Communications for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Personalised pitches to named journalists, with follow-ups and a log of replies.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Pitch a new industry survey to 60 journalists with tailored emails and report outcomes.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
