About this task
This energy services company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager PR & Communications for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Plan for announcements and updates to employees.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.
The team sits in Paris. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Write the communications plan for an office move or reorganisation, with messages by audience.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
