This Generative-AI company for document processing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Writes answers that cite primary sources.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Slovenia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 15 explainers with links to official sources and the date each was checked.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (3 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
