About this task
This health insurer covering fleets and logistics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Describes how a failure occurred so engineers can reproduce it.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Slovenia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write reproducible reports for 20 failures with prompt, output and severity.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
