About this task
This medical devices company for hospital groups (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Process Documentation Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Step-by-step procedures with screenshots and owners.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in St. John's. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Write 15 standard operating procedures for finance and HR tasks, with screenshots.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
