About this task

This education foundation in refugee support (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Process Documentation Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Step-by-step procedures with screenshots and owners.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The team sits in Milton Keynes. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

  • Write 12 standard operating procedures for finance and HR tasks, with screenshots.
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
