About this task

This Food-delivery company for restaurants (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Accounts Payable Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Matches incoming electronic invoices from SDI to orders and flags rejections.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The team sits in Monza. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Match 150 SDI invoices a month to purchase orders and prepare rejections for duplicates or wrong VAT codes.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
