About this task
This health insurer for homeowners (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 6 recorded screens.
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
