About this task
This boutique advisory firm for family businesses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 8 recorded screens.
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
