About this task
This recruiting platform for healthcare staffing (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 6 recorded screens.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
