About this task
This Series B medical devices company for elder care (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist Phone Screener for an ongoing part-time engagement of 5–12 h a week. Short structured calls against a scorecard with written notes.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Glace Bay time).
What you deliver
- Hold 15 thirty-minute screens a week and record notes against the five scorecard criteria.
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
