About this task

This health insurer for travel (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Compliance Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Screens counterparties and records the result.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

What you deliver

  • Screen 100 counterparties against sanctions and adverse media lists and document each outcome.
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
