About this task
This AI research company for document processing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Compliance Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Reviews customer files for completeness.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The team sits in London. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Review 50 onboarding files for missing documents and adverse media hits.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
