About this task
This property developer in logistics warehouses (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Compliance Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Screens counterparties and records the result.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The team sits in Oldham. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Screen 100 counterparties against sanctions and adverse media lists and document each outcome.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
