About this task
This specialty retailer selling electronics (11–50 employees) is looking for a specialist Compliance Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Screens counterparties and records the result.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Bedford. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Screen 80 counterparties against sanctions and adverse media lists and document each outcome.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
