About this task

This warehousing operator (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Sales Operations Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. The dashboards a sales leader uses every Monday.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The company prefers a person who can come to Thunder Bay for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

• Build the Monday sales dashboard: pipeline, conversion, cycle time and rep activity, with definitions.
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in CAD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
