About this task
This property and casualty insurer covering small businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Sales Operations Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. The dashboards a sales leader uses every Monday.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The company prefers a person who can come to Gijón for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Build the Monday sales dashboard: pipeline, conversion, cycle time and rep activity, with definitions.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
