About this task
This Restaurant-technology company in plant-based food (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Sales Operations Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A commission plan modelled before it is announced.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The team sits in Hemel Hempstead. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Model three commission plans against last year's results and show cost, payout spread and risk.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
