About this task
This defence technology company in drones (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Sales Operations Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A commission plan modelled before it is announced.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver

- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
