About this task

This aerospace supplier in avionics (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Compares pay with the market for chosen roles and locations.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.

The team sits in Henderson. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).

What you deliver

  • Benchmark 60 roles against market data in three countries and recommend adjustments.
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

  • Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately
  • Travel or work at a fixed location

How you get paid

  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
