About this task

This Agri-business (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Keeps risks and issues current with owners and dates.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.

The company prefers a person who can come to Nicosia for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Maintain the risk log, chase owners and escalate overdue items.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
• Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
