About this task

This digital marketing agency for travel brands (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Keeps risks and issues current with owners and dates.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Cyprus works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Maintain the risk log, chase owners and escalate overdue items.
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
