About this task
This Series C telehealth provider for elder care (201–500 employees) is looking for a director RevOps Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Dashboards for pipeline, conversion and capacity.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The company prefers a person who can come to Thessaloniki for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Build five dashboards for sales and marketing leaders with definitions.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
