About this task
This Series C telehealth provider for elder care (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior RevOps Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Which tools are used, overlap and cost.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Greece works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Review 25 sales and marketing tools, usage and cost, then recommend consolidation.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
