About this task
This Series C digital health company for mental health (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Customer Churn Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Shows gross and net revenue retention with expansion and contraction.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Minnesota, so this one is for residents there. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Build the monthly MRR bridge with new, expansion, contraction and churn by segment.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (1 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
