About this task
This content marketing agency for consumer brands (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Procurement & Vendor Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Writes the RFP, collects bids and scores them.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The team sits in Cape Coral. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Run an RFP for office IT support: requirements, bidder Q&A, scoring and recommendation.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 12: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
