About this task
This contract research organisation in rare diseases (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Fractional Customer Success Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Predicts renewals and works at-risk accounts early.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Forecast the next quarter's renewals and contact all accounts at risk 120 days out.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (1 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
