About this task
This Series A cybersecurity software company for sales teams (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Watches renewals and notice dates so nothing auto-renews unseen.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Arlington. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Review upcoming renewals each month, brief owners and decide keep, renegotiate or terminate.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
