About this task
This Series B web3 infrastructure company in compliance tooling (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reads a set of contracts for risk.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Review 25 customer contracts for liability, termination and data clauses and summarise the risks.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
