About this task

This Series C AI research company for document processing (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A date calendar for renewals and notice periods.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.

The team sits in Luxembourg. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

• Build a notice calendar from 120 contracts with owners and alerts.
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid
