About this task

This clinical data company (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Legal Operations for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Intake, templates, approvals and storage in one flow.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Luxembourg works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Design and set up a contract workflow in Ironclad for sales, procurement and HR.
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 10: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
