About this task
This Series A generative-AI startup for code (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes model replies for graders.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Washington, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Write 15 model replies with explanations of choices for common ticket types.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
