About this task
This Real-estate services firm in student housing (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Bookkeeper for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Matches receipts to transactions and chases missing ones.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Ireland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Match 200 card transactions to receipts, flag 15 missing ones and request them from the team.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
