About this task
This mobile games company making strategy games (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Bookkeeper for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Matches receipts to transactions and chases missing ones.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Ireland. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Match 120 card transactions to receipts, flag 8 missing ones and request them from the team.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
