About this task
This content marketing agency for consumer brands (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies maintained.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The company prefers a person who can come to Nottingham for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Maintain the RAID log for a programme, chase updates and escalate blockers.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
