About this task

This renewable energy developer in district heating (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Consolidated status across projects with RAG ratings.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

What you deliver

  • Compile the weekly status pack for 20 projects and highlight decisions for the steering committee.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

  • Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
