About this task
This energy services company in EV charging (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Bookkeeper for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Sets up a company file properly: accounts, classes, rules and users.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.
The company prefers a person who can come to Cork for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Set up bank rules, product lists and a class structure for a two-location business and train the owner for 40 minutes.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
