About this task
This Series B telehealth provider for elder care (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Helps leadership set quarterly goals and track them.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in San Francisco. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Facilitate quarterly planning for five teams, turn goals into owners and measures and set up the weekly check.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
