About this task

This health charity in food security (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional Customer Success Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Review deck and call that links product use to customer goals.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
