About this task
This proptech company in commercial property (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Final reports, handover and what to do differently.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The team sits in Trieste. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Run a lessons learned session and write the closure report with a handover list.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
